I was born and raised in Kaeo and I’m proud of my Māori heritage, which is an important part of who I am and how I connect with the people and places around me. Being local means I’m not simply working in the Far North. I’m part of the community. I understand the area, the people and the importance of building relationships based on trust, respect and clear communication.
Why I created All in One
I created All in One Property Management & Maintenance to make life simpler for homeowners and property investors. Looking after a property can mean organising several different contractors for management, cleaning, lawns and maintenance. My goal was to remove that hassle by offering one reliable point of contact and one straightforward invoice for the complete care of a property.
A country girl who gets the work done
I’m a country and farm girl at heart, and I have never been afraid to roll up my sleeves and get stuck into the work. I’m genuinely hands-on within the business from managing tenancies and communicating with owners to cleaning homes and mowing lawns myself. Being involved in the day-to-day work allows me to maintain high standards and ensure every property is cared for and presented at its best. I also hold the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), combining professional knowledge with a practical, personal approach.
